Our Guarantee

The magic bag is guaranteed to meet even the highest of standards, If your bag fails to perform well under normal conditions due to workmanship flaws during our manufacturing process or is found to be defective under normal wear and tear, we will gladly replace your bag. Please note that although the magic bag is a durable all in one bag, it in no way is made to carry heavy school books, or sharp items. The weight capacity is 15 lbs. for the original magic bagsize and 11 lbs. for the mini magic bag.
